These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arghay Consulting website at arghayconsulting.co.in and any services provided by Arghay Consulting ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Arghay Consulting provides enterprise AI and data consulting services, Snowflake implementation and optimisation, resource hiring, corporate training programmes, and digital data products. Specific terms for individual services or products are agreed in separate statements of work or purchase agreements.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
Digital products (templates, toolkits, blueprints) are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the product to third parties.
All sales of digital products are final. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product is materially defective and we are unable to remedy the issue.
Training bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations made more than 10 business days before the course date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 10 business days may be rescheduled without charge but are not eligible for a cash refund. If Arghay Consulting cancels a course, a full refund will be provided.
Consulting services are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties. In the event of conflict between these Terms and an SOW/MSA, the SOW/MSA shall take precedence.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Arghay Consulting or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or republish any content without our express written consent.
Any work product developed by Arghay Consulting for a client engagement is subject to the IP ownership provisions in the applicable SOW.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during an engagement. Specific confidentiality obligations are detailed in the applicable MSA or NDA.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Advice and recommendations provided during consulting engagements reflect our professional judgement based on the information available at the time and do not constitute a guarantee of specific business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arghay Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arghay Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our website or services.
Our services may integrate with or recommend third-party platforms (including Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
